Tim Manders died after a lengthy illness this April 5, 2023. For years he was part of the glue who kept classmates in touch with one another via social media and participating in Class of '62 reunion planning. Despite his health issues, he attended the 60th reunion and enjoyed visiting with those who came from all over U.S. Tim, you will be missed. www.elmhurstfh.com/obituaries

It was great re-connecting with Tim during the 60th reunion planning and party. He kept pusing through his issues in order to help as much as he could. He seemed to always have a can-do attitude. He will be missed.

I got to know Tim in Field School. Talked to him a few years ago (about Ken Leppla) He always was a really good person and a "Class Act"

Tim and I have been communicating on facebook almost every day for the last several years. His passing breaks my heart

I came to appreciate Tim's friendliness, wit and sincere beliefs in the past few years. He loved his dogs, his family and his country, and he tolerated those with whom he disagreed with respect and sincerity. I will miss seeing him.
Daniel Millsap (Millsap)
Very sorry to hear about Tim's passing. We had a long conversation at the Friday Reunion gathering last fall. I will miss hearing his responses (sometimes critiques) to my emails.
